Disclaimer of Liability for Services

Awakened Ember Healing,  Ember Evanesco Elderflower, LLC. / Sacred Mind - Sacred Flame / Coaching Services - Clients complete and electronically sign a disclaimer, intake forms, and client agreement prior to their session. These will be sent via secure email after booking and must be received before your appointment.

 

1. General Disclaimer

The services offered under the name Ember Evanesco Elderflower through Awakened Ember Healing, Ember Evanesco Elderflower LLC. are intended for personal development, relaxation, spiritual growth, and empowerment. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, and participation in any session or program constitutes acknowledgement of this responsibility. No guarantees or promises are made regarding outcomes.

2. Confidentiality Clause

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Information shared by clients will never be disclosed without explicit consent, unless required by law (such as in cases of harm to self or others). Ember holds sacred space for your healing and honors your privacy at all times. A confidentiality agreement will be sent for your review and signature within the intake forms before the coaching session.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of that session.

Refunds are not guaranteed once a session has been completed, but credit may be offered toward future services under certain circumstances. Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Trademark & Business Structure Disclosure

“Ember Evanesco Elderflower” is a creative persona and brand identity used for marketing, and service delivery within the Sky Enterprise LLC., DBA: Awakened Ember Healing, Ember Evanesco Elderflower, business. Ember is not a legal individual; she represents the public-facing expression of the business’s mission.

All services are legally offered through the registered LLC: Sky Enterprise. The Ember persona is trademarked/registered as "Doing Business As" (DBA) name: Awakened Ember Healing, Ember Evanesco Elderflower, to protect brand identity and ensure transparency in client relationships.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, texts, and materials presented on this website or within sessions are the intellectual property of Awakened Ember Healing, Ember Evanesco Elderflower, Sacred Mind - Sacred Flame / unless otherwise credited. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without express written permission.

6. Spiritual & Energy Work Disclosure

While many clients report profound emotional and energetic shifts during or after sessions, these experiences are subjective and unique. Energy work, intuitive guidance, and other spiritual services are offered in good faith for those who resonate with them, and are not presented as scientific or medical interventions.

7. Client Responsibility Acknowledgment

By purchasing or participating in any services, you acknowledge that you:
